A beautiful hotel in a very quiet residential close. Our room was beautifully furnished and clean. Very cosy. The staff were warm and welcoming but professional.
Hotel super clean and welcoming. Near Harrods store and good restaurant. Prime location. Walkable to the main attractions. Highly recommended.
Wonderful location, right around the corner from Harrods, easy access to shops and transportation. Rooms are not super well equipped, no fridges in the room which was a hassle. Service was not amazing either. On the day of check out, when I went to go and pay for my laundry service, the laundry service had over charged me, which I refused to pay as it didn’t match the price list I was given. I had a taxi waiting, heading to the airport and the front clerk refused to take the correct payment until she had confirmed the discrepancy. There should NOT have been a discrepancy since the prices were stated right on the order form the hotel had. Days later I received an email apologizing for the wrong amounts, turned out the laundry service had tried to overcharge me and the hotel was seeking payment for the original amount I had asked to leave upon departure.
The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from Harrods, making it ideal for anyone wanting to be close to the best shopping and attractions in London. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were a highlight—shoutout to Natalia and Anton for being so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was nice and provided a good start to the day. Overall, it was a great experience, but the hotel lacks some amenities you might expect from a four-star property, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Still, I’d definitely recommend this place for its location and service
excelent small hotel in a great neighborhood on a quiet street. daily tea and scones brought to your room between 3-5pm or enjoyed In the lobby, nice touch.
There hotel is one of Londons most hidden gems. Harrods is just around the corner and so is the national history museum. The location is excellent and the standard of the rooms is amazing
